本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ウェブサービス「Kabaddi Analytics」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（商業利用の禁止）
本サービスは個人・非営利目的での利用に限り提供されます。 開発者の書面による事前許可なく、本サービスをいかなる商業目的にも利用すること、 第三者への有償・無償を問わず再配布・再販売すること、 および本サービスを利用した有償サービス・製品の提供を行うことを禁止します。
第2条（免責事項）
本サービスが提供する試合分析・統計データ・その他の情報について、その正確性・完全性・信頼性を一切保証しません。 本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた損害（試合の戦術的判断の誤りによる敗北、機会損失、データ消失等を含むがこれに限らない）について、 開発者は一切の責任を負いません。 本サービスは「現状のまま（as-is）」で提供されます。
第3条（知的財産権・権利の帰属）
本サービスに関する一切の著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権は、すべて開発者に帰属します。 本規約に基づき本サービスを利用する権利は、利用者に対して非独占的・譲渡不能な形で付与されるものであり、 これを超える権利を利用者に付与するものではありません。
第4条（禁止事項）
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本サービスへの不正アクセス、過負荷攻撃、その他のサイバー攻撃
- 公序良俗に反する目的での本サービスの利用
- 法令または本規約に違反する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する一切の行為
第5条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。 本サービスの利用に関して生じた紛争については、 東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第6条（規約の変更）
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。 変更後の規約は本サービス上に掲示された時点で効力を生じます。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the web service "Kabaddi Analytics" (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 — No Commercial Use
The Service is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. Without prior written permission from the developer, you may not: use the Service for any commercial purpose; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service (whether for compensation or free of charge); or offer any paid or free product or service built upon or derived from the Service.
Article 2 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any match analysis, statistics, or other information provided by the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to tactical errors leading to match defeat, loss of opportunity, or data loss.
Article 3 — Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Service are and remain the sole property of the developer. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely as permitted herein and do not convey any other rights or interest.
Article 4 — Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or any other cyberattack against the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose contrary to public order or morality
- Violate any applicable law or these Terms
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
Article 5 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 6 — Amendments
The developer may amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms take effect upon being posted to the Service.
